Horse Discovery Centers

There is a horse waiting to meet you! If you have ever been interested in learning more about horses but were unsure of where to get started than a Horse Discovery Center (HDC) is the place for you. Carroll County has NINE Horse Discovery Centers (the most in the state) that have been certified by the Maryland Horse Industry Board to have friendly, knowledgeable staff who want to help introduce you to horses.
